Mjuk Kaka Danish Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
powdered sugar, for topping
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Sift flour, baking soda and cardamon together.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, beat well.
Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately and beat well.
Pour into well greased bundt pan.
Bake one hour.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack. Dust cake lightly with powdered sugar.
