Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup diced apple
Preparation

With a wooden spoon, mix the ingredients in the order given, folding into the nuts and apples last.
Put the mixture in an 8 inch greased pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve the pie warm or cold.
