Southern Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs, well beaten
    4 2/3 cups evaporated milk
    1 1/2 lbs extra-sharp cheddar cheese
    1 lb romano cheese
    4 cups uncooked macaroni
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/4 cup softened butter
    paprika, to taste
Preparation
    cook macaroni in 1 tbl. salt (do not overcook noodles. rinse quickly and drain.).
    melt butter into the macaroni by stirring.
    layer- macaroni, paprika, cheese, macaroni, paprika, cheese, etc.
    beat eggs and evaporated milk well. pour over mac n cheese. sprinkle bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
