Rondele Mushroom Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
    1 (4 ounce) package rondele garlic & herb spreadable cheese
    1/4 cup fresh crab
    1 tablespoon parsley
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms, mix well.
    Stuff the caps.
    Broil 5-8 minutes until brown.
    Serve warm.
