Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 lemon, juiced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Preparation

In small bowl whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil.
Once thoroughly combines, add oil in a steady dtream whisking constantly.
When all the oil is incorporated pour into serving container and chill until served.
