Oriental Shoyu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless chicken thighs
    2 tablespoons corn oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 cup onion
Preparation
    Line baking dish with aluminum foil.
    Remove skin from the chicken and place in dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered at 350 turning and basting every 15 minutes.
    Bake until nicely browned and juiced run clear.
