Stewed Pompion (Pumpkin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups squash, cooked, roughly mashed (boiled, steamed or baked)
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 -3 teaspoons cider vinegar
    1 -2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    In a saucepan over medium heat, stir and heat all the ingredients together.
    Adjust seasonings to taste, and serve hot.
