Tilapia With Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb tilapia fillet
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1 cup panko breadcrumbs
    1 cup mango salsa or 1 cup pineapple salsa
    2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
    Thaw frozen tilapia.
    Soak in milk for 1/2 hour discard milk no need to pat dry.
    Dip tilapia in panko crumbs.
    Saute in oil until brown on each side about 2 min per side.
    Serve with salsa on top.
