Simple Cabbage Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head green cabbage, shredded
1 white onion, thinly sliced
1 bunch parsley, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice (about two large lemons)
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Finely shred cabbage and slice onion paper thin. Mix in a large bowl and add minced parsley.
Whisk the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat. Adjust seasonings as needed.
