Cranberry Surprise -- Great Thanksgiving Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup flour, sifted
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 cups cranberries, whole (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease 10-inch pie pan.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour, pecans and cranberries.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes.
Best when served warm.
I usually make this by doubling the recipe. I bake it in a 13x9 pan for 70-80 minutes.
