Roasted Pork Tenderloin With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs pork loin
    2 tablespoons chopped garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Melt butter in roasting pan and saute onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
    Rub over loin.
    Place loin on onions in roasting pan.
    Roast until center reaches 160\u00b0F.
    Serve.
