No Crust Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces flaked crabmeat (real or imitation)
1 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray. Mix together the milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and green onions.
Arrange the cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie pan.
Top with the crab meat.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and crab.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
