Moist Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    3 slices whole wheat bread
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    ketchup (to put over top before baking)
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and soak in milk for five minutes.
    Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
