Yellow Coconut Rice (Tanzania) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups coconut milk
    3 cups milk
    2 cups rice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    In saucepan add coconut milk, and milk. Bring to boil.
    Add rice, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom (if using).
    Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter.
    Serve.
