Nacho Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
cayenne
Preparation

1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan on med-high heat. Wisk in flour, salt, and milk.
2. Add cheese and mix until smooth. Add cayenne to enhance color and flavor.
3. If you want you can add ro*tel and/or taco meat to make a more complete nacho cheese.
