Saturday Night Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons creole mustard
    1 tablespoon chopped red onion, plus
    1 teaspoon chopped red onion
    2 teaspoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
    1 pinch sugar
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Combine the mashed yolk with the mayonnaise, steak sauce, mustard, onion, jalapenos peppers, and sugar.
    Taste, then season with salt and pepper.
    Fill the whites evenly with the mixture; may garnish with chopped red onion or chopped jalapeno peppers.
