Sweet Toast ( Kanoom - Pang- Naneuy ) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

300 g butter
150 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon black sesame seed, for Garnish
10 slices white bread
Preparation

Soften butter by setting out 15 minutes before starting.
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius or 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream the butter with the icing sugar to form butter cream icing.
Spread the icing thinly over the bread, on BOTH sides.
Cut the crusts off the bread to neaten them up.
Cut the slices into quarters and place of a baking tray.
Sprinkle with a few sesame seeds over the top.
Bake in a low oven, 150 degrees Celsius or 300 degrees Fahrenhei for 15 minutes.
They will crisp up as they cool and the icing sugar and butter sets.
