Vegan Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups self-rising flour
    1/4 cup vegan shortening, such as earth balance
    2/3 cup non-dairy milk substitute
Preparation
    Pre-heat the oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut the shortening into the flour.
    Stir in the milk.
    Grease a cookie sheet with olive oil.
    Roll the dough into 2\" balls.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
