Fresh Strawberry Pie! - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled
1 (9 inch) pie crusts, baked, cooled
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup water
4 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert, powder
Cool Whip, for topping

Preparation

Arrange strawberries nicely in pie crust.
Mix cornstarch and sugar in pan.
Add water.
Boil til clear.
Add jell-o.
Pour over strawberries.
Chill.
Serve with Cool Whip!
