Savory Chicken Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup cooked chicken, chopped very small
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 cup white cornmeal or 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0F.
    Grease a 1 1/-quart casserole dish.
    Beat together egg yolks, butter, milk, cornmeal, salt, and baking powder.
    Combine well.
    Add in the finely chopped chicken.
    Add in egg whites and combine the mixture well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake 45 minutes or until firm.
    Serve the spoon bread while hot.
