Honey Baked Black Eyed Peas (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups dried black-eyed peas
6 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
3/4 cup honey
Preparation

Cover peas with water and cook on low overnight.
Fry bacon until crisp; discard fat.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on low 8-9 hours.
