Skillet Pork With Sweet Balsamic Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    4 (4 ounce) boneless center cut pork chops (about 1/2-inch thick)
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    1 1/4 cups finely chopped peaches
    2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
    2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger (Spice World)
    1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients; sprinkle evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
    Heat a large nonstick skillet over med heat.
    Coat pan with cooking spray.
    Add pork chops to skillet; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
    Place chops on a serving platter; sprinkle w/ 1/8 teaspoon salt; keep warm.
    Add onion to skillet, stir/saute 4 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in peaches and remaining ingredients.
    Cook 3 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
    Serve peach mixture with chops.
