Simple Cheesey Potatoe Soup (Crockpot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 -10 russet potatoes
    1 small onion
    2 3/4 ounces cheese sauce mix
    2 1/2 ounces cooked bacon, pecies
    3 cups water or 3 cups enough to just cover potatoes
    6 ounces Velveeta cheese (one fourth the block )
Preparation
    I wash my potatoes in the dishwasher on rinse cycle with no soap of course! cut them chop them wash them
    Spray corckpot with pam spray and add potatoes
    Cook for 6 houres
    Cut up the onion and add to potatoes, check water if needed add 1 cup
    Cook for another hour unless potatoes are cooked all the way.
    add cheese sauce mix and bacon peices and velvetta
    cook until cheese is melted and serve.
