Coffee Flavoured Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups water
7 ounces sugar
5 1/4 ounces instant coffee

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Strain through a cheesecloth and store in a bottle in the fridge. Will keep for 2 months.
