Egg- Free Homemade Tapioca Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon starch
    1/3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    4 tablespoons reese quick-cooking tapioca
    3 cups 2% low-fat milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Combine Flour, Starch, Splenda, Tapioca and milk.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    place over high heat bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add Vanilla.
    let set for 10 minutes.
    stir one last time, pour into serving dishes,.
    serve warm or refrigerate.
