Crock Pot Oriental Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green pepper, sliced thinly
    1 small onion, sliced
    4 ounces carrots, thinly sliced
    4 ounces parsnips, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon tomato puree
    5 ounces pineapple juice or 5 ounces orange juice
    1 tablespoon flour
Preparation
    Put all ingredients bar the flour in the crock pot.
    Cook for 8-10 hours.
    Blend in the flour with a small amount of water about 30 minutes before serving.
