Ingredients

1/2 cup fiber one complete pancake mix (mix with water as directed)
pumpkin pie spice (sprinkle some in the batter)
1 small banana, sliced
sugar-free syrup
2 tablespoons light whipped topping
sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix pancake mix and sprinkle some pumpkin pie spice in the batter. Add 1/2 of the sliced banana to the batter.
Cook as directed (you can make one big pancake or 2 small ones).
Top with sugar free syrup, the rest of the sliced banana, Whipped Topping and some sliced almonds.
