Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon corn syrup
    2 teaspoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in large saucepan.
    Cook on med-hi to soft ball, (238 degrees).
    Cool to 110 degrees.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Add pecans.
    Spread in buttered 8in square pan.
