Carrots With Soy, Ginger And Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon water
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Heat sesame oil in skillet.
    Add carrots, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water and ginger root.
    Cook and stir until carrots are crisp-tender.
    Stir in honey.
    Top with sesame seeds.
    Season with pepper.
