Tunisian Style Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
    1/3 cup tahini paste
    2 tablespoons harissa
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
Preparation
    Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
    To thin, add 1 tsp water at a time.
