Baked Baby Back Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baby back rib rack, cut into 3-4 pieces
    Dry Rub
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    Cooking Stock
    1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine the dry rub ingredients. Rub into the ribs, cover & refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Combine cooking stock ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the ribs in a baking pan and pour the stock all over.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 3 hours. Remove cover and continue baking until most of the liquid has evaporated.
