Orange Amaretto Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
    2 tablespoons orange zest
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup orange juice
    3 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    In a sauce pot, bring all ingredients except liqueor to a boil for 4-5 minutes. Add liqueor and cook on low for 20 minutes.
    Cool in serving dish and place in the refigerator until ready for serviing.
