Weight Watcher'S Caesar Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    6 anchovies
    5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon sodium-free salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/3 cup olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; puree until blended. (Note: Omit the anchovies if you do not like their flavor.).
