Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe

5 1/2 cups apples
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
Preparation

Make Pie Crust.
Mix Filling together and then fill into pie crust.
Mix together topping and sprinkle over pie.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
