Pickaroon Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped until stiff
    1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 tablespoon hot horseradish
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and wash potatoes and cook in salted boiling water until tender.
    Drain and mash with the butter and milk.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Season with salt and pepper and fold in the horseradish.
    Pour into a buttered casserole, cover with whipped cream, sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until brown on top.
