Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers
    1 1/2 tablespoons sliced green onions
    3 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Pare and thinly slice cucumbers; place in a serving dish.
    Add green onion, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Place in freezer section of refrigerator for a few minutes, just until chilled.
