Homemade Curry Powder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tablespoons roasted ground coriander
    2 tablespoons roasted ground cumin
    1 tablespoon ground aniseed (saunf)
    1 tablespoon mustard powder (rai)
    1 tablespoon turmeric
    1 tablespoon red chili powder
    1 tablespoon ginger powder (sonth)
    1 tablespoon ground cardamom powder, skinless
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon roasted ground fenugreek (methi)
    1 teaspoon coarsely ground black peppercorns
Preparation
    Store the dried mix in clean jars. no trace of moisture or oil residue.
    Urdu/HIndi ingredient names are shown in brackets.
    Dry roast only coriander seeds, cumin, fenugreek seeds before grinding. Don't forget to cool the seeds for 10-15 mins before grinding.
