Quick Cajun Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lb shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined (medium sized)
Preparation

In a large nonstick pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add all spices and stir constantly for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp; saute for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, stirring occasionally.
