Broccoli With Bacon & Pearl Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 cups broccoli florets
8 slices bacon
0.5 (16 ounce) bag frozen pearl onions, thawed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation

Steam the broccoli and drain.
Cook the bacon, crumble and set aside.
Add the pearl onions, salt & sugar to bacon drippings and cook until onions are caramelized.
Toss in the broccoli and heat through.
Top with crumbled bacon.
