Dr. Oz Green Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 teaspoon chia seeds
10 green grapes
3 orange slices
3/4 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 pear
1/3 cup ice
3 tablespoons water
Preparation

Cook Kale in pot until tender, about 3 minute Remove and rinse under cold water until cool to touch.
While Kale cooks prep other vegetables and fruit.
Peel the Pear.
Place all items in Blender and Blend to taste.
