Yogurt Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup fat-free mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup skim milk or 1/4 cup low-fat milk
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried chives
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend to mix well.
    Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
