Carnitas! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup lime juice
1/2 tablespoon garlic
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/4 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 lbs pork shoulder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a 12\" saute pan.
Cover, set on the lowest heat on the smallest burner for 1 hour.
Flip pork, braise for another hour.
Flip pork, uncover, and braise for a 3rd hour.
Shred pork in pan on the burner in all of it's juices.
