Bacon And Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    3 green onions, chopped
    7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
    Combine mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients; fold into egg mixture Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
    Salad can be chilled up to 24 hours; bacon will soften slightly.
    Serve this as a salad or as a sandwich filling.
