Sauerbraten Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1/2 lb ground pork
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup pumpernickel breadcrumbs (1 slice)
    1/2 cup ground gingersnap cookie (about 10)
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
    2 teaspoons salt
    glaze
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    3 tablespoons ketchup
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 375.
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the meatloaf mixture. Mix well with a wooden spoon or (my preference) hands Spoon mixture into a 8\" square pan or 9\"x5\" loaf pan. Combine the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl mixing well to combine. Spoon glaze over top of loaf.
