Macaroni & Cheese With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb elbow macaroni
    2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    1 cup cottage cheese
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until al dente.
    Drain well.
    Combine 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir in macaroni.
    Mix well.
    Turn into greased 9 inch (2.5 litre) baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
    Broil lightly if desired for a crisp golden brown top.
