Blueberry Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup oat bran
    3/4 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 tablespoon lemon rind, grated
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups buttermilk
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups blueberries
Preparation
    Combine whole wheat flour, oat bran, wheat germ, brown sugar, lemon rind, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
    In a measuring cup, combine eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil and blueberries.
    Add batter to muffin cups and bake in a 400 oven for 20 minutes.
