Orange-Apple Bread - cooking recipe

2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup apple, chopped
Preparation

Bake in two family-size soup cans, 2/3 full, or a 46 oz. juice can.
Grease cans before filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour.
