Broiled Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
    2 garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Cut tomatoes in half and arrange them on a lightly oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cut garlic in thin slivers. Stud tomato halves with garlic.
    Place tomatoes under broiler and broil 5 minutes or until garlic starts to burn. Discard garlic and serve.
