Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups oil
    2 cups granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 cups Red Delicious apples, finely chopped
    1/2 cup golden raisin (optional)
    3/4 cup pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a mixer.
    In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Mix until batter is combined.
    Add apples, raisins and nuts (optional).
    Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. (I typically have to increase the temperature to 350 for the last 15 minutes of baking.).
