Super Thick Strawberry Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1 1/2 cups nonfat yogurt (your choice of flavour)
    1 tablespoon honey
    3 -4 cups frozen strawberries (or other fruits)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients (liquids first) into a blender.
    Blend until smooth. Depending on your blender, this may require you to stop blending momentarily to mix the ingredients with a spoon.
